We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

AutoRelay does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We never have, and we never will.

What This Means

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. However, since AutoRelay does not engage in the sale of personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.

How We Share Your Information

We only share personal information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • Business Transfers: If AutoRelay is acquired or merged, we will notify you before your data is transferred.
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information.

None of these activities constitute a "sale" under CCPA or other state privacy laws.

  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale of your personal information (not applicable since we don't sell data)
